About Your Guides ✨

Serafina

Serafina is the founder of Huminga Breathwork, a passionate wellness and holistic yoga practitioner. Specialising in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, she helps individuals integrate breathwork and movement into their lives to achieve inner harmony and self-awareness. With a background in Yin Yoga, Serafina combines slow, mindful movement with deep breathing techniques and sound to restore energy, foster mindfulness, and promote relaxation. She’s currently expanding her expertise in energy therapy to further support healing, alignment, and personal growth.

Adrian

Adrian is the founder of Raembla ~ Transformational Therapy, a holistic practice that empowers individuals on their personal healing journeys. With over a decade of experience in holistic medicine, Adrian helps clients understand the connection between their bodies, minds, and emotions. A Reiki Master in both Traditional Usui and Tibetan methods, Adrian also works as a Breathwork Instructor and Spiritual Coach. His work supports people facing a range of challenges, from stress and anxiety to grief and life transitions. At the heart of Adrian’s practice is his mission to help people find flow and purpose, unlocking the transformative power of holistic healing.
