About me

Hi I’m Serafina founder of Huminga Breathwork. I facilitate breathwork , yoga and dedicated space-holder on a path of embodied healing and presence.

I hold space not to fix or heal you, but to support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.
Because the truth is, everything you need is already within you.
The breath simply helps you remember.

My work is guided by three core values: authenticity, compassion and environment.

  • Authenticity means I show up as my true self and invite you to do the same. No masks, no expectations.

  • Compassion means meeting ourselves and others with softness, patience and presence.

  • Environment means creating a safe, nurturing space both energetically and physically. Where your nervous system can settle and your healing can unfold.

My Healing Journey

For years, I explored traditional talking therapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as tools for healing. While they offered valuable insights and understanding, I often found it difficult to fully access and release my emotions. I had built strong internal armor, so much so that I rarely cried, even when I knew there was more beneath the surface.

Breathwork changed that.

It offered me a somatic pathway a way to connect with my body, to move energy and to express what had been held for so long. Through conscious connected breathing and various other techniques , I experienced emotional release in a way I hadn’t before. It allowed me to soften, to feel and to begin healing from the inside out.

That experience deepened my belief in the body’s intelligence and in the breath as a powerful ally in the healing process. It’s what led me to this work and continues to inspire how I hold space for others.

My Training

I’ve completed:

  • 300-hour Holosomatic Breath Therapy Training

  • 3.5-hour Breathwork Safety Masterclass

  • 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

  • 30-hour Yin Yoga Certification

  • 15-hour Art of Adjustments Training

  • Continuous Education in Sound Healing

  • Currently completing a 20-hour Mindfulness Training and Level 1 Reiki Energy Therapy to expand the ways I support balance and well-being.

My sessions blend breathwork, Yin Yoga, Sound and somatic practices that invite presence, release and reconnection.
