Through focused breathwork and guided awareness, you’ll enter altered states of consciousness, similar to those in psychedelic journeys, fostering personal growth and self-discovery. Each breath clears stress, mental fog, and brings insights, enhancing well-being, emotional resilience, and connection to your true self—empowering you to face life’s challenges with clarity and strength.

2 hour workshop designed to open the heart and prepare participants for a transformative breathwork journey. This session will focus on nurturing the body and mind through gentle mind-body movements (such as yin yoga), breath awareness, and mindfulness techniques. By cultivating a sense of openness and relaxation, attendees will be better equipped to delve deeper into the breathwork experience that follows. Breathwork in a private group setting provides a unique opportunity for individuals to explore and enhance their respiratory practices together. Sessions may incorporate various techniques, including diaphragmatic breathing, pranayama, gentle mind-body movements (such as yoga or yin yoga) and other mindful breath practices tailored to the needs of the group.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice where passive poses are held for several minutes, targeting deep connective tissues like ligaments and fascia. It supports flexibility, joint health, and deep relaxation. In my sessions, I incorporate calming breathwork and subtle sound elements, like gentle chimes to help soften the nervous system, deepen stillness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Slow Flow is a gentle, mindful style of yoga that links breath with movement at a calm, steady pace. It allows space to build strength, improve flexibility, and drop into deeper awareness. In my classes, I also weave in subtle elements of sound, like gentle chimes to support relaxation and create a soothing, immersive experience.
What is Slow Flow Yoga?
The main goal of cacao is to encourage emotional release, forgiveness, and gratitude. Cacao, the raw form of chocolate, opens the heart and helps deepen connections with ourselves and others. It offers many health benefits, being rich in antioxidants like flavonoids, which can improve heart health by lowering blood pressure and increasing blood flow. Cacao can also boost mood and promote well-being. Its high magnesium content aids muscle and nerve function, while iron helps transport oxygen in the body.
