Breathe, Connect, Embody

Join us for an immersive 3-hour embodied workshop designed to help you slow down, come home to your body, and begin the year feeling grounded, clear, and present.

Breathe, Connect, Embody is an invitation to gently unwind what the body has been carrying and to listen inward as you step into the year ahead. Rather than setting rigid goals or resolutions, this session creates space to reflect, clarify what truly matters to you now, and allow intentions to emerge organically from a place of felt sense, not force.

Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a carefully held journey that moves from stillness into sensation, awareness, and breath. Through guided meditation, somatic bodywork, cacao, reflective journaling, and breathwork with Reiki and gentle body-based support, each element builds on the next, supporting your nervous system to soften, regulate, and open.

During the breathwork, you’ll use headphones with binaural beats, enhancing focus, nervous system regulation, and the depth of your experience allowing you to move safely and fully into your body’s natural rhythm.

The journaling practice is intuitive and body-led, offering a way to integrate insights and give shape to what’s unfolding internally  without pressure, performance, or expectation. This is about listening deeply and letting clarity arise naturally.

Adrian and Serafina will guide you through a supportive, nervous-system–aware experience that encourages embodiment, self-connection, and gentle recalibration. This workshop is suitable for anyone seeking to reconnect with their body, settle the mind, and begin the year with presence, intention, and ease — no previous experience needed.

What to Expect

• Guided meditation

What to Bring:

- A water bottle to stay hydrated

- Wear comfortable warm clothing you can easily move and relax in

- A blanket or two for extra comfort

- Your own eye pillow (optional – we’ll provide one if you don’t have one)

- Yourself and an open heart
